Green Elephant Gardens is looking for a team leader to join our established and expanding team working in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
The job will involve taking ownership of a number of sites and leading a team undertaking a wide range of gardening activities including using a ride on mower, strimming, weeding, hedge cutting, pruning and mowing. Candidates must be confident on the tools, have proven maintenance experience and be able to motivate and lead a team.
Candidates must be friendly and enthusiastic about working outside in all weather conditions, have a genuine passion for gardening and have excellent client-facing skills. Basic IT skills will be needed as many of our clients use various apps to log visits. This is a physically demanding role so applicants will need to be fit and healthy and prepared to work long hours, especially in the summer months.
You must have a driving license and experience driving vans.
