The Stroke unit is a busy 24 bedded unit, with a 4 bed Hyper Acute Unit taking direct admissions from ED. We work closely with the MDT to facilitate rehabilitation for our patients and provide them with optimal, person-centred care
As a valuable member of the ward team you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety for the kitchen and the ward environment. You will need to support patients with refreshments and dietary needs throughout their stay including completing of menu requests and administration of meals, report maintenance issues, clean equipment and maintain stock control.
