Guinness Property provide repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance and improvement services to ensure that our customers’ homes are safe and maintained to high standard.About the role
We currently have a vacancy within Guinness Property for a Skilled Labourer covering the North London covering Hackney, Stoke Newington, Tower Hamlets, Islington, Kensington, Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham. The successful candidate will assist qualified trades personnel, working on kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard in our Repairs Team.
To be considered for this vacancy, you must live within 45-60mins travelling distance to the working area. This will enable us to provide a timely and efficient service to our customers.

Skills / Experience
Essential:
- Proven ability to carry out minor remedial building works to a competent standard such as (but not limited to) groundworks and painting.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets.
- Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
- Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
- Ability to operate safely having taken into account any environmental circumstances and possible risks including working at height(s).
- Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.
Desirable:
- Health and Safety Knowledge.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Experience of working within the social housing sector
Qualifications
- Level II NVQ or experience relevant to role.
